Maren Morris is “the" rising star in country music. Her debut album, My Church, has won her a Grammy and made her New Artist of the Year at the Country Music Awards. Prior to becoming a performing artist, Morris made a name for herself as a songwriter. She has written songs for several country icons which include Tim McGraw and Kelly Clarkson. The video for My Church was directed by Rachel McDonald and post production was completed by Ian William McGee. The Paint Shop is proud to have My Church as a cornerstone in our reel. The spirit of My Church is a natural fit with the Paint Shop’s body of work.

This film takes an intimate look at Jack Johnson’s music, lifestyle, and greening initiatives. When Jack goes on tour, he doesn’t just show up and play music. His entire tour is an extension of the environmentally conscious and socially engaged life he leads along with his wife, Kim Johnson. After years on the road, playing venues around the globe, the Johnson’s have established an inspiring way of touring with a focus on creating as little impact on the earth as possible. And along the way, the tour gives a platform to dozens of local and national non-profits working to educate and inspire others to make choices that benefit our communities and the greater global environment.
While following Jack’s 2014 west coast tour, this film highlights the Johnson‘s Kokua Hawaii Foundation, the work of the All at Once campaign, and several key non-profit partners and businesses focusing on plastic free initiatives and sustainable local food systems. Additionally, the film highlights the unique way in which the Jack Johnson tour is run. From traveling on biodiesel buses, to eating organic and locally sourced meals and carefully disposing of waste created along the way. The viewers will experience day-to-day life of touring and the band’s commitment to the environment every step of the way. The goal of the tour and this documentary is to inspire people to get involved, make the right choices, and enjoy the music along the way.
